About the cemetery

Vrana Palace is a royal palace on the outskirts of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. It is today the official residence of the former royal family of Bulgaria. It is the site of several royal burials. King Boris III was interred here temporarily from 1946-1954. King Ferdinand (1861-1948) was reinterred in the palace crypt in 2024 as was Prince Kardam of Turnovo (1962-2015).
