Oleksandr Stepanovych Maselsky (Ukrainian: Олександр Степанович Масельский; 7 December 1936 – 12 April 1996), was a Soviet and Ukrainian politician who had served as the first governor of Kharkiv Oblast from 1995 until his death. In 2006, he was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine, with the Order of the State.
