In memoriam

First wife of Shimshon Ovitz and the mother of his oldest two daughters Rozika and Franzika, both dwarfs. She was of average size and the marriage like most of them at this time was arranged. She died of tuberculosis at the age of 33 in the winter of 1901 leaving Shimshon a widow with two teenage daughters to raise.
