Actress. Carmen Stanescu was a famous Romanian film and theater actress.She was born on July 29, 1925 in Bucuresti, Romania. She graduated from Royal Conservatory of Music and Dramatic Art in 1948.In 1958, she plays first role in the movie Doi vecini.Other notable roles in films :Badaranii (1960) ,Muschetarul român (1975),Premiera (1976).Play on the stage of the theater ''National I.L. Caragiale'' in Bucuresti.2000 National Order "Faithful Service" in the rank of Officer. 2013 "Nihil Sine Deo" Royal Decoration.She was married with actor Damian Crasmaru. She died on April 11, 2018 in Bucuresti.
