Writer, translator, professor, member of the Serbian Academy of Science and Arts. First woman a member of the Academy in Serbia. She was widely educated and she was a perfect stylist. As a travel author, in her novel Letters from Norway, she succeeded in portraying the ambience of the north, the nature and the life of people.
