-------------------------------------------- There isn't enough information on the grave marker to absolutely identify this man, however, it's probable that... according to "Illischestie: A Rural Parish in Bukovina" by Johann Christian Dressler, and translated and edited by Irmgard Hein Ellingson ... this is the Johann Zachmann who was born March 5 or 17, 1832, baptized March 13 or 18, 1832 in Illischestie. He was a son of Johann Georg Zachmann, a tanner, and Karolina (Weber) Zachmann, adopted daughter of the imperial area forester Joseph Richter. Johann was married February 18, 1851 to Susanna Boehmer (born July 30, 1836 in Unter-Wikow, Bukovina to Georg Boehmer and his wife Carolina Holztraeger). Johann died April 5, 1889.
