Kostas Tsakonas

In memoriam

Greek Actor. Tsakonas was a well known comedic actor in his country, known for his appearances on both film and television. He went to Leonidas Trivizas Drama School and Beaki School to train to be an actor and his first appearance was in "I taratsa" (1972), a short by director Kostas Zirinis. Tsakonas would later appear in such films and television series as "Ippotis tis ligouras" (1985), "Klassiki periptosi vlavis" (1987), "Commandante Maria" (1988), and "Ta haidemena paidia" (2001). He was greatly loved by the Greek people for his "genuine humor".
