He was a Yugoslav politician. He was the president of the Yugoslav League of Communists and served as president of Bosnia-Herzegovina. He was an ethnic Serb. Milanko lived in Bosnia & Herzegovina. He died on 2 November 2013 in Prague, Czech Republic.
