Seventh child of Anton and Ana (Tomljanovic) Starcevic, born at House No. 100. Baptized at Sv. Jurie Catholic Church in Lic. Married Ivan Vlahovic about 1888. They had 7-9 children, and lived in Podkobiljad section of Lic.
